As many of you know, Lasuni is still in beta development - meaning we're still building the product and some things can, and will, go wrong. Though we try hard to make things work, it's nearly impossible to get it just right the first time. We thank every one of you for your continued input and support, without it, we don't think we'd be as far as we currently are.
In terms of things going wrong, we've posted a bit about it on our blog. Now what does this mean for you? Well basically, we've had to revert our database back a few weeks to the last stable backup - which means some data was lost and/or changed. If you registered after the first of June, you'll most likely have to re-register and for this, we're terribly sorry. We know how much you guys (and gals) hate registering!
If you purchased gold after the first of the month, we've already taken the liberty of re-adding it to your account so it should be there waiting for you
As for VIP membership, all VIP members have been given a free, 15 day extension on your membership. If you purchased any items from the shop, please be sure to re-purchase them if you want them again - we'll even leave the VIP item in the shop for an additional 15 days after the month is over (along with the new VIP item).
If you notice something just isn't right in your account, such as a missing item, or if you are missing any gold/silver, or if you have any questions in general, please contact us and we'll get you sorted.
Lastly, we've taken strong measures to ensure this situation never happens again by setting up a full site/database backup every hour to a remote server.
On another note, we also heard a lot of users complaining about 'pathetic' prizes for competitions and trust us, we've listened. We'll be giving out larger prizes for events and competitions - so be sure to check them out. If it's not up to par, let us know. We do love your critiques and suggestions, it helps us create a better product.
