I think I was hacked! What can I do?

If you logged into Lasuni and found items, silver or gold missing from your account it is most likely you've been the victim of account compromise. A user compromising your account is always due to some form of user error.

There are a few ways users can gain access to your account:

Weak Passwords

Having an easily guessable password means it's easy for users to gain access to your account. Make sure you choose something nobody can guess! We recommend your password contains both upper case and lower case characters as well as numbers and special characters.

Phishing scams

A Phishing scam is when somebody creates a website that looks just like Lasuni as a ploy to steal your account details! The site may look just like Lasuni, so make sure you always check the domain is lasuni.com! Never visit Lasuni from following a link in an e-mail, always type the lasuni.com yourself. Never reveal your password to anybody, Lasuni staff will never ask for your password!

Personal Computer Security Flaws

Your computer may have a keylogger or Trojan that has revealed your password to a user. In this circumstance it's important you install anti-virus and anti-spyware software to remove the software.

Can I get my stuff back?

Lasuni cannot take responsibility for user error so cannot return any lost items, silver or gold. We have several articles on keeping your Lasuni account, and computer safe. Why not check them out to ensure this doesn't happen again.

I can't login to my account

If you can't login to your account, first try reseting your password using the reset password tool. If this doesn't work then you can contact us and we’ll change the e-mail of your account. To do this, please contact us with the following information:
